Today we are at "Ye Olde Harvest Faire" being held at Crones Hollow located at 2470 S Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah featuring Vendors, entertainers, card readers, and Henna artists, and of course US! :) please stop by our booth today and say Hello!!

Shri Shiva Shaktinath will have a booth set up at "ye old harvets faire" which will be this saturday the 24th of Sept 2011 at Crones Hollow located at 2470 S. Main St., Salt Lake City Utah 84115 and starts at 11am.  Vendors will be set up till 5pm and readers(tarot) will be there till Crones Hollow closes at 11pm there will be entertainment, activities and booths to celebrate the harvest season of 2011. We will feature our items from our Emporium; Gemstone prayer beads/ malas, Tibetan pendants, rituals and ritual items that anyone can use and perform, will also have our Bala Tantra items(childrens Tantra) and a little shrine set up for Ganesh and Lakshmi to promote success, wealth and a good harvest!! please stop by our booth, introduce your self and say Hi!!! :) hope to see you there!

Lesson 5 Shri Ganesha puja (part 10 establishing Lord Ganesh within and activating his energy points in the body and the 12 sacred forms of Ganesh)

Establishing and activating the energies of Ganesh within:

(on both hands slide the tip of the thumb up and down the forefinger while saying the following mantra outloud)

Om gam amgusthabhyam namah

OM GUM AWM GOOSE TA BEEH YUM NA MAH

We salute and establish the gam bija in the thumb

(again on both hands slide the tip of the thumb up and down the forefinger while saying the following mantra outloud)

Om gim tarjanibhyam svaha

OM GEEM TAR JOHNNY BEEH YUM SVA HA

We salute and establish the gim bija in the thumb

(on both hands slide the tip of the thumb up and down the middlefinger while saying the following mantra outloud)

Om gum madyamabhyam vashat

OM GOOM MOD YA MA BEEH YUM VA SHOT

We salute and establish the gum bija in the middle finger

(on both hands slide the tip of the thumb up and down the ring finger while saying the following mantra outloud)

Om gaim anamikabhyam hum

OM GUY’M ANNA MEEK AH BEEH YUM HOOM

We salute and establish the gaim bija in the ring finger

(on both hands slide the tip of the thumb up and down the pinky or little finger  while saying the following mantra outloud)

Om gaum kanishthikabhyam vaushat

OM GOWM KAWN EESH TEE KA BEEH YUM VOW SHOT

We salute and establish the gaum bija in the pinky

(rub your hands together like you are washing them and say the following mantra, and clap them loudly together one time at the end.)

Om gah karatala kara prshthabhyam astraya phat

we salute the sacred letter gah from front to back establishing its energy in the hands and made pure.

Om gam ganapataye namah

OM GUM GAWN A POT EYE YAY NA MAH

We salute and bow to lord Ganapati lord of wisdom, lord of multitudes, lord of the path gate!

(using the tattva mudra by laying the thumb of the right hand across the palm of the right hand towards the the ring finger and pinky keeping the fingers straight out and together. Touch the heart and say the following mantra out loud)

Om gam hrdayaya namah

OM GUM HAR DIE YA YA NA MAH

We salute and establish the gam bija in the heart

(using the tattva mudra by laying the thumb of the right hand across the palm of the right hand towards the the ring finger and pinky keeping the fingers straight out and together. Touch the top of the head and say the following mantra out loud)

Om gim shirase svaha

OM GEEM SHEE RA SAY SVA HA

We salute and establish the gim bija in the top of the head

(using the tattva mudra by laying the thumb of the right hand across the palm of the right hand towards the the ring finger and pinky keeping the fingers straight out and together. Touch the back of the head and say the following mantra out loud)

Om gum shikhayai vashat

OM GOOM SHEEK HA YIE VA SHOT

We salute and establish the gum bija in the back of the head

(using the tattva mudra on both hands by laying the thumb across the palm towards the the ring finger and pinky keeping the fingers straight out and together. Cross your arms touching your shoulders with the tips of the fingers and say the following mantra out loud)

Om gaim kavachaya hum

OM GUY’M KA VA CHIE YA HOOM

We salute and establish gaim bija in the body by crossing both arms

(using the tattva mudra by laying the thumb of the right hand across the palm of the right hand towards the the ring finger and pinky keeping the fingers straight out and together. Touch the three eyes with three fingers keeping the tattva mudra and say the following mantra out loud)

Om gaum netra trayaya vaushat

We salute and establish the gaum bija in the three eyes

(rub your hands together like you are washing them and say the following mantra, and clap them loudly together one time at the end.)

Shri Ganesha Puja Lesson 5

Lesson 5, Will continue tomorrow with (part 10)! I apologize for the break taken since the last post (part 9) of Lesson 5 Shri Ganesha Puja, things were really busy for about 2 weeks preparing for Pagan Pride Salt lake City, now we can continue on with our Shri Shiva Shaktinath online school of Tantra! thank you again for your patience!

Pagan Pride Salt Lake City Utah, Friday, Sept 10th 2011

      This past Saturday the 10th of Sept 2011 Shri Shiva Shaktinath was able to attend and be a part of Salt Lake City Utahs, Pagan pride day festival! I had a lot of fun, met quite a few people and reconnected with a few. our booth featured a Shrine for Ganesh, Shiva and Kali Ma who was the main deity of our shrine! I conducted a full Kali Puja with Tantric offerings, and performed araati's for several people who stopped by our booth including an expecting mother, both her and the unborn baby receiving blessings from Kali Ma! Kali Ma Puja always seems to Attract the attention of young children, and this day and puja was no exception! perhaps cause she is the divine mother!

we salute you and meditate upon you who has a single tusk

we meditate upon you with the curved trunk

may you with the single tusk guide us upon auspicious paths

offer a flower to lord Ganesh and say the following mantra:

ete gandhapushpe om gam ganapataye namah

Shri Ganesha meditation mantra: ( this meditation mantra is designed to fill your consciousness with the glory of Lord Ganesh, for his image to take form in the consciousness mind!  Envision Ganesh existing not only with in you, but in all that is was and shall be, imagine that you are his student and seated with him in meditation, with in the consciousness mind.)

With the mighty blows from his sharpened tusks he pierces and destroys all enemies, removing obstacles. He is a brilliant red in color smeared with the sacred vermillion powder.  We bow and praise the son of the daughter of the sacred mountains(Himalayas) the lord of multitudes Lord of the path gate he who gives that which we desire…
